FAUX FINISHES
Texture was troweled on and metallic gold was rubbed over for this faux finish effect.
This mantle is made of assembled wood trim parts, faux finished with blackened bronze paint, highlighted with bright bronze for this effect.
A soft subtle faux finish here. This can be done on flat or textured walls.
A great antique look is achieved when the texture is painted a lighter color and then rubbed over with a slightly darker color.
